Sahara Alami

Sahara has fond memories of her childhood cottage home down a dirt road in West Kissimmee. She always had a very vivid imagination and spent much of her time climbing trees and exploring the outdoors.

In second grade, Sahara moved to Casablanca, Morocco with her family where she lived for 9 months. Upon returning to Florida, Sahara began taking dance classes, but soon discovered that she preferred acrobatics. After a year of acrobatic classes, she did four years of recreational gymnastics.Sahara spent one year on the cheerleading team at Freedom High School but then her interest changed to theater. Sahara moved to Dr. Phillips High School in her sophomore year, where she participated in the theater magnet program for three years. After graduating high school, Sahara continued her education at Florida State University where she studied Anthropology. For three years, Sahara performed in the university's high flying circus and also participated in group acrobatics and aerial acts. Sahara returned to Morocco for 6 months after graduation and is now back in Orlando, excited to be a part of the OG team.

In her spare time, Sahara enjoys reading fantasy books, sewing costumes, singing and creating arts & crafts.
