Coach Lizzie was born and raised in St. Cloud, FL where she still lives with her family. Coach Lizzie did gymnastics for many years although only 2 years of her gymnastics career was here at Orlando Gymnastics. The highest level she competed was level 8, although she was training level 9 and 10 skills. Her greatest achievements while competing was being the 2017 Region 8 All-around champion. She was also the beam champion that meet. Her favorite event to train on was the uneven bars. Coach Lizzie is currently on her high school track team where she is a sprinter and a pole vaulter. Once Coach Lizzie graduates high school she plans to attend college to study business in hopes of eventually getting her real estate license and become a real estate agent. In her spare time she loves to go on runs. She is excited to be back at Orlando Gymnastics and to have the opportunity to share her knowledge of the sport with the students she will be coaching.
