Cheer Classes focus on a combination of jumps, stunts, strength and conditioning, and flexibility. The coaches will also touch on some basic tumbling. We recommend combining multiple cheer and tumbling classes together for optimal results.
Our tumbling classes focus on floor skills such as handstands and cartwheels all the way up to back handsprings and back tucks. Tumbling is a great option for the students looking to obtain certain skills for cheerleading, dance, or karate.
