Girls Beginner 1 Gymnastics (ages 5-8)


The girls in this class will work on basic skills on the floor, balance beam, bars, vault, and tumble track. Beginner girls will also work on basic flexibility, strength, body awareness, coordination, and balance. They'll be rolling, jumping, and swinging their way towards getting the skills required for higher level classes!

Super Hero Training (ages 5-15)

Super hero training classes are the perfect addition to a gymnastics class to improve skill acquisition, or for specific sports conditioning of all kinds. No matter what the motivation, your child will be active in a fun class they won't even realize is exercise. Led by our certified personal trainer and gymnastics coach - Coach Chad.

Preschool Gymnastics


Children 3 – 5yrs can participate in our Preschool program. These classes work on more advanced motor skills and require the social skills necessary to stay in line, and follow directions. The preschool group will play on the floor, beam, bars, vault, and tumble track. And, of course, we still save a little time at the end for play time in our foam pit!!

Parent & Tot


Children walking to 3 years can join in the fun with a little help from a parent or guardian in our Parent & Tot classes. This 45 min class starts with the most basic motor skills, and introduces your child to the structure of a class. A parent or guardian will need to accompany your little one and help him/her stay on course!

Tumbling


Our tumbling classes focus on floor skills such as handstands and cartwheels all the way up to back handsprings and back tucks. Tumbling is a great option for the students looking to obtain certain skills for cheerleading, dance, or karate.

Ages 5-18 and all levels are welcome! We do recommend speaking with the front desk to find the right class for your student.

Cheer Classes

Our cheer classes focus on a combination of jumps, stunts, strength and conditioning, and flexibility. The coaches will also touch on some basic tumbling. We recommend combining multiple cheer and tumbling classes together for optimal results.

These classes are a great option for girls and boys who are interested in trying out for a competitive cheer squad.
