Open Gym

Our CHILDREN'S Open Gym

For kids aged 5-15 and is offered every other Friday from 7-10. Perfect for a parents night out, great time to get some errands done, or just to get away!! We have instructors supervising free play on our trampoline, foam pit, and other apparatus. Plus we provide pizza for the kids! Cost is $10 for members and $15 for non-members. Sign up in advance required.

Our Adult Open Gym

For adults aged 16 and up (anyone under 18 needs a parent to sign our liability waiver). Great exercise and excellent social activity! Adult open gym typically brings in tumblers from local performing shows, former gymnasts and cheerleaders, marshal artists, parkour/free runners, hip-hop and break-dancers, even wake boarders! All disciplines and ability levels welcome. Cost is $10.
