Aaron MacIntyre

Team Gymnastics Coach

Coach Aaron was born in Orlando FL where his passion for gymnastics developed at a very young age. He was a gymnast for 17 years and during this time he was both a junior and senior national team member. When he was 14 years old, he was invited to train at the Olympic Training Center where he also lived for 1 year.Aaron received a full scholarship to Ohio State University where he completed his college education and was named a 7 time All American Gymnast.
After his college career, Aaron began coaching and has been doing so for over 12 years. He has coached both optional and compulsory girls team gymnastics as well as all levels of boys team including elite. Aaron has achieved a wide variety of coaching accomplishments including multiple state and regional champions, coaching 11 national team members and has even had the opportunity to coach at National Team Camp a total of 4 times. In addition, Aaron has lead the way for numerous athletes to receive gymnastics scholarships for college and in 2014 was named Optional Coach of the Year.

Aaron considers himself to be an inspirational coach and hopes to bring his positive motivation and knowledge to his athletes at Orlando Gymnastics.

Although his life revolves around gymnastics, he also enjoys any outdoor activity on the water including fishing and surfing. He also enjoys golfing and spending time with his family and friends.
