Orlando Gymnastics and Cheerleading (OGC) was founded in 1997 with the goal to consistently provide the children of our community with enjoyable and high quality gymnastics instruction in a healthy learning environment, which will help promote fitness for life. OGC teaches a wide range of programs for children, including: Preschool motor development/gymnastics for children 5 & under Recreational gymnastics classes for boys & girls ages 5 - 18 Nationally recognized competitive teams Dance Program Fitness tumbling & trampoline classes All Star Cheerleading Program After School Program
We believe gymnastics is beneficial for everyone, and that physical fitness is the central motivator behind everything that we do. Gymnasts at OGC progress at their own pace, using a USA Gymnastics based progressive skills program.
OGC's Competitive Teams participate in USA and AAU meets and consistently place at the top in State Championships. In addition to our team successes, our gymnasts regularly qualify for Regional and National competitions.
